….keeps the doctor away!


In light of this statement, what measures are you taking to stay healthy during this pandemic?


So many remedies for Covid-19 prevention and cure have flooded the internet and left many confused.

I am not a medical doctor and this is not medical advice but the following are 7 basic health rules I think everyone should regularly adhere to regardless of the pandemic:


• Stay hydrated – drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day

• Exercise - stay active, walk more. Choose physical activities that you enjoy

• Eat a balance diet with lots of fruits and vegetables in addition to the right portion of protein, whole grains and dairy. Ensure you take your vitamins either through meals or supplements so to enhance your immune system.

• Rest – Find time to relax and develop healthy sleeping habits

• Avoid alcohol/tobacco intake

• See your doctor regularly for routine health checks

• Wash your hands to prevent the spread of germs
