SALT

I am not talking about SALT - the 2010 American Action Thriller movie that starred Angelina Jolie neither am I talking about SALT – used as flavor enhancer, preservative, or fertilizer.

Instead, I am talking about SALT as the Bible refers to it in:

Matt 5 v 13 - “You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. NLT

Salt here represents the impact we are meant to have in the world. That is why it matters that we do good works otherwise we would stop being useful.
